Jeroen and St\u00e9phane crossed paths many times during their storied musical careers.<br \/>\nOne of their mutual projects was called Greetings from Mercury, a fusion group thatmixed jazz, acid jazz, rock and rap. With their new duo, they continue to blend genresand soundscapes.Using different settings and combinations of saxophone, modular synths, EWI, drumsand electronics, Jeroen and St\u00e9phane experience live music in an interactive context. Themultiple horns, overdubs, drums and electronics are the platform for exhilaratingdialogues about themes and metrics. The result is both heady and groovy, music thatcan be analyzed or danced to.<br \/>\nTheir debut album is titled \u2018Songshan&#8217;, after one of China&#8217;s five sacred mountains, thecentre of heaven and earth.
