Step away from the screen and into the grain. This intensive 5-day workshop is designed for young adults who want to master the art of traditional black-and-white photography. We will spend our mornings exploring the raw, urban landscape of Brussels and our afternoons in the darkroom at Usquare, turning film into silver gelatin prints.<\/p>\n

The Street: How to approach subjects, frame urban architecture, and “see” in black and white.
\nThe Chemistry: Developing your own 35mm or 120mm film from scratch.
\nThe Print: Mastering the enlarger and chemical baths to create your own physical prints.
\nThe Story: Editing your week’s work into a cohesive series.<\/p>\n
