Participants eagerly show where it can be found: love, preferably within marriage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the third time, La Foresti\u00e8re in the Rue d\u2019\u00c9t\u00e9 is organizing a photo contest involving day centers from all over Brussels. To allow as many people as possible to enjoy it, a photo exhibition will be held at the end of the event, this time at Kult XL Ateliers.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1581897&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1581900&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Each contest features themes that are close to the hearts of the approximately 60 adults with disabilities at La Foresti\u00e8re. This time, they could immerse themselves in the question &#8220;What is happiness?&#8221; using various media such as paintings, drawings, embroidery, and ceramics. Since many of them find it challenging to express their emotions verbally, they can convey their personal stories, experiences, and emotional expressions through their artworks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Around 60 adults with disabilities can visit Zomerstraat daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In addition to activities aimed at supporting them in daily life, reducing their dependency, and increasing inclusion, creative workshops such as this photo contest are regularly organized. Their work shows that they primarily perceive happiness in love, often using marriage as a visual symbol.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]A professional jury, active in both the photography and disability sectors, was engaged for the contest.
