Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2012, l\u2019agence fran\u00e7aise Lambert L\u00e9nack rassemble 30 collaborateurs et d\u00e9veloppe une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de projets \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9chelles – urbanisme, logements, \u00e9quipements, bureaux \u2013 en d\u00e9fendant une architecture disciplin\u00e9e et enthousiaste. Lambert L\u00e9nack se distingue par sa d\u00e9marche ambitieuse en mati\u00e8re de recherche sur l\u2019habitat, proposant un travail de convergence entre architecture et territoire, anim\u00e9 par trois valeurs : la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019usage, l\u2019\u00e9cologie et une ambition esth\u00e9tique. Cette derni\u00e8re s\u2019incarne dans une discipline du dessin mise au service de la recherche d\u2019une clart\u00e9 o\u00f9 les enjeux relev\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque \u00e9chelle se r\u00e9concilient au sein d\u2019une forme abstraite et po\u00e9tique. Ils recherchent continuellement des solutions constructives qui permettent de concilier la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9, le savoir-faire local et l\u2019emploi des mat\u00e9riaux pour leur propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques, le b\u00e9ton notamment. Leurs projets inspirants tissent des liens entre le b\u00e2ti et son environnement. A l\u2019instar des logements d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9coquartier du Parc Princesse dans le V\u00e9sinet dont la volum\u00e9trie est dict\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sence des arbres, des balcons ou loggias des logements du village olympique de Saint-Ouen ou d’Ivry-Confluence qui deviennent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments expressifs ou encore d\u2019une collaboration in\u00e9dite pour un immeuble \u00e0 Bagneux avec l\u2019artiste Eva Jospin qui a donn\u00e9 vie et identit\u00e9 au b\u00e9ton pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9, au travers du motif v\u00e9g\u00e9tal sculpt\u00e9 par l\u2019artiste et ensuite int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au b\u00e9ton matric\u00e9 des fa\u00e7ades.
