Stems Gallery est une galerie \u00e9mergente bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Bruxelles et \u00e0 Paris. La galerie a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte en 2015 par la s\u0153ur et le fr\u00e8re Pascaline et Guillaume Smets.<\/p>\n

La galerie expose le travail d’artistes \u00e9mergents, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat port\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9sentation d’artistes am\u00e9ricains contemporains au public europ\u00e9en. Mettant en avant des \u0153uvres issues de tous les m\u00e9diums et formats, notamment la peinture, le dessin, la sculpture, la photographie, la vid\u00e9o et l’installation, le programme de la galerie est guid\u00e9 par l’intuition et la curiosit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que par des crit\u00e8res d\u00e9finis de mani\u00e8re rigide.<\/p>\n

Chaque exposition est le fruit d’une \u00e9troite collaboration entre la galerie et l’artiste ou le curateur, permettant aux artistes de communiquer leurs visions cr\u00e9atives individuelles et de t\u00e9moigner de l’\u00e9nergie et du dynamisme de la sc\u00e8ne artistique belge. Aussi, en leur offrant une reconnaissance internationale par la participation \u00e0 diverses foires importantes.<\/p>\n

En octobre 2020, Stems a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans un nouveau lieu, dans un b\u00e2timent historique au c\u0153ur de Bruxelles, dans l’ancienne cantine des laboratoires Solvay. Plus r\u00e9cemment, la galerie Stems a ouvert un nouveau lieu au 11 rue Pastourelle au c\u0153ur du Marais \u00e0 Paris inaugur\u00e9 avec une exposition personnelle de l’artiste franco-am\u00e9ricain Pharaoh Kakudji \u00a0\u00bb Tear A Part, Torn A Part \u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
