Stoelyoga is een zeer laagdrempelige en zachte vorm van yoga met veel heilzame effecten. In de sessie doen we milde yogahoudingen op of met een stoel. Omdat gecompliceerde, complexe oefeningen niet aanwezig zijn in stoelyoga, is deze bewegingsvorm voor iedereen haalbaar, ongeacht leeftijd, lenigheid of conditie. Deze vorm is uiterst geschikt voor mensen die door blessures, slijtage of andere oorzaken moeite hebben met yogahoudingen op de mat, waarbij de knie\u00ebn, polsen en\/of heupen al eens worden uitgedaagd.
