Al meer dan veertig jaar staat deze plek bekend als caf\u00e9, en het concertaspect werd er zes jaar geleden aan toegevoegd.<br \/>\nDe reputatie als \u2018the place to be for blues in Brussels\u2019 trad snel tot buiten de stads- en zelfs landsgrenzen. Er wordt enkel met professionals samengewerkt, wat garant staat voor een gediversifieerd programma van zeer hoge artistieke kwaliteit.<br \/>\nVlakbij de twee Vrije Universiteiten van Brussel, viert Le Montmartre jaarlijks Sint-Verhaegen mee met het festival \u2018The Saint V Blues Nights &#8220;, dat plaatsvindt tijdens de twee weken rond 20 november, de memorabele datum voor nieuwe en oud-studenten.
