2025 marks the 50th anniversary of Dmitri Shostakovich's death. Is there a more beautiful tribute to this illustrious composer than a recital by Evgeny Kissin? For the third time, this master pianist comes to Flagey and in this special programme, Kissin performs Shostakovich's grand Second (and last) Sonata. Also on the programme are three of the famous 24 Preludes and Fugues from Opus 87, which the composer wrote with the music of Bach and Chopin in mind.
