As a parent, you want to feel ready to help when your child needs you. In this workshop, you’ll learn essential first aid skills for babies, toddlers and children, and practise ways to stay calm when a situation feels overwhelming. Through hands-on exercises, we’ll guide you through what to do in cases of choking, wounds and seizures, and how to perform CPR. Alongside these practical skills, you’ll explore simple breathing techniques, ways to manage stress and how to communicate clearly in an emergency. You don’t need any previous experience. There’s space to ask questions, practise and build your confidence!
