ABOUT ROMAN KRZNARIC Roman is a social philosopher and former political scientist who writes about the power of ideas to change society. He is known for his in-depth work on empathy and long-term thinking. His writings have been widely influential amongst political and ecological campaigners, education reformers, social entrepreneurs and designers. An acclaimed public speaker, he previously worked as an academic, a gardener, a conversation activist and on human rights issues in Guatemala. Roman is currently a member of the Club of Rome and a Research Fellow of the Long Now Foundation.
