To bid farewell to Kinoféroce, the team has chosen to present this ‘Work’ trilogy, comprising three short films made between 2019 and 2025, which explore various workplace situations behind the scenes. Since *Salut Travail*, we have been following the work of this directing duo with great enthusiasm. In Salut Travail, a company with unknown aims opens its doors to us and shares its internal communications, from the hiring process right through to the dismissal of one of its employees. In Veille, in 202*, every Belgian citizen is now required, as a preventive measure, to film themselves at home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A security guard tasked with detecting domestic offences monitors these images. In these three films, the screens are like peepholes through which we observe, numbly, fragments of prefabricated worlds, worn-out words, banal nightmares. Perhaps something will go off the rails.
