Trumpeter and composer Pierre-Antoine Savoyat draws on his personal experiences in Le Monde Merveilleux De Pépito. With every performance, his ensemble crafts a powerful and innovative sound world—echoing the likes of Ambrose Akinmusire and Tom Harrell, yet always speaking with a distinctive voice. Following the success of Memories from a Winter Journey, he is working on a second album with evocative titles like Life Race and In Good Company. Winner of the Royaumont Prize and the Angelo Inglese Competition, Savoyat brings together three remarkable artists: Alexandra Grimal, Lynn Cassiers and Lucià Pirès.
