After Taste of Friendship, Compagnie Narcisse continues its exploration of intimate emotions with Taste of Love: Day & Night, a contemporary dance piece performed by Emmanuel Diela Nkita and Luca Arrigoni, choreographed by Luca Arrigoni. Day & Night embodies two poles of the same love: the burning light of passion and the soft shadow of tenderness. One draws you in, the other calms you. And what if loving meant constantly navigating between these two states? The title character endlessly admires his own reflection: his greatest love story is himself. But is the search for his own reality in the eyes of his lovers nothing more than vain and futile? Is it the opposite of a true encounter and a journey of discovering the other? Or can these two quests coexist? Finding the other by finding oneself… between day and night.
