JAM SESSION AFTERWARDS . ASA, a group formed by respected and emerging young musicians from the Portuguese and international jazz scene, brings forth a captivating musical proposal. Co-lead by José Soares on saxophone, José Almeida on bass, and Diogo Alexandre on drums, ASA is rooted in collective composition and improvisation, where lyrical, rhythmic ideas, and the use of extended techniques nurtured in artistic residencies culminate in profound and meticulous musical moments.
