In her ensemble I’m Not Done Cooking, pianist Lara Humbert brings together a close-knit group of virtuosic musicians with strong individual personalities. Together, the eight musicians create a multi-layered sound that defies categorisation, somewhere between experimental jazz, pop and classical music. This elusive sonic world makes for a hypnotic concert experience that leaves the imagination free to wander.
