Unearth the mysteries of the Forêt de Soignes. Only 4km from the city centre, the Forêt de Soignes extends over 45km² at Brussels’ gates. Hop on the saddle and set off to discover this genuine green space, listed as UNESCO World Heritage since 2017. Follow the guide and learn about the places of interest and monuments dotted around the forest. Discover the ancient Abbaye de Groenendael (Groenendael Abbey), the Vallon des Enfants Noyés (The Valley of Drowned Children), the Chapelle de la Rein (Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel) or even Notre Dame de Bonne Odeur (Our Fragrant Lady), as well as places which are somewhere between legend and history.
