Following his explorations of the repertoires of Bach, Schumann and Brahms, Thomas Enhco continues to build bridges between jazz and classical music, this time delving into the vast oeuvre of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In a solo piano programme, he improvises with complete freedom on the timeless themes that Mozart created across a remarkable variety of genres: sonatas, symphonies, string quartets, concertos, sacred music and opera. A first-rate jazz musician, Thomas Enhco is also a consummate classical soloist, regularly invited by symphony orchestras around the world to perform the concertos of Mozart, Ravel and Gershwin.
