Killian John Ryan is a French-British multidisciplinary artist based in Brussels. His work explores memory, imagination and the passage of time through immersive installations, miniatures, films, and music. Drawing inspiration from everyday objects, childhood, and intimate architectural spaces, he creates sensitive environments where emotions and memories take shape. His practice carries a deep sense of nostalgia, inviting viewers to contemplate the fragility of the world and of our perceptions.
Killian Ryan holds a national Bachelor of Arts degree from EESAB (2021) and a Master’s degree from ENSAV La Cambre (2023). Upon graduating, he was awarded the Special Prize of the Friends of La Cambre. He continues his research and artistic practice as part of a residency at the Fondation du Carrefour des Arts during the 2023–2024 academic year.
